N. White - I recently had my new window AC unit installed, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. SuperCool NYC worked with my schedule, arrived right on time, walked me through the installation plan, and handled everything with precision and care. He protected my floors, worked efficiently, and kept the area spotless throughout the job. I have used this company before and what impressed me most is the expertise—clear explanation of the system features, optimized the placement for best airflow, and made sure I understood how to operate everything before leaving. The unit runs perfectly, and the improvement in cooling was immediate. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer focused. I highly recommend SuperCool NYC to anyone looking for top tier AC installation.

Great work, no hassle!

Jonathan did a really great job in getting two air conditioners installed within 24 hours of me initiating the order. (During a heat wave in NYC) I provided him with the rooms square footage and height of the ceiling. He let me know what size BTU were needed. The whole job was reasonably priced. Alex (the installer) was a pleasure to work with and did a great job on the installation. He even was able to provide an extension cord so the unit could be properly plugged. The best part of his service was his "can do" attitude. Jonathan's dedication to serving customers by putting the A/C’s on his truck without knowing whether he would be able to get in touch with me. Now my daughter is able to move into her new apartment in comfort.

I found SuperCool on Google and they were so great. My old window unit was leaking and they gave me tips to stop the leaking until the appointment. Upon arrival they were very fast, knowledgable, and thorough. My old unit was messily installed - the new unit SuperCool installed was installed with insulation and done very neatly. They provided a safety bracket. They were able to answer questions easily - I will definitely use SuperCool going forward!
