I was referred to TESTOR Environmental Services by a home inspector as I needed lead paint testing done in an apartment I am selling in Hell's Kitchen. The sale was contingent on this testing in accordance with Local Law 31. We needed things to happen fast and efficiently. I called Yanira at TESTOR and she got us on the calendar quickly. The field representative doing the testing arrived at the apartment on time and was very thorough and professional in her work. We quickly received the final report and were able to advance our sale forward. I had a great experience with TESTOR Environmental Services and will use them again. I highly recommend them.

We required lead abatement in our apartment and the expertise of the Testor team in managing the process was impressive. Not only were they very knowledgeable on the frustrating nuances NY City places on this remediation but they were very reasonable pricing and extremely responsive throughout the project. The team that came to do the work were very thorough and did an excellent job - I would absolutely use Testor for any future projects - 110% would recommend
