Grateful we found Pierre and his team to take care of a major mold issue throughout my Mom's basement after flooding. Pierre is well experienced, stays on top of things, and pleasant to speak with. This was a very big job, and Pierre wrote us a thorough plan outlining all the care and safety built into the choice of procedures and materials his team would use to do the job. Right from reading that plan through discussions with him, it was very reassuring to me that he and his team had what it would take to get this major job done and done right. They executed right to plan, emptying out a basement our family had amassed stuff in for 50 years and gutting out basically all but the heating equipment and laundry machines. They managed to do this and leave everything clean and tidy, with no surprise charges, and no mold upon retesting! Enthusiastically recommend EnviroBliss!

I would highly recommend Pierre Cajuste and his team at EnviroBliss if you have a mold remediation project in your home. After an extensive evaluation of my home by an experienced mold inspector (EnviroHealth, May Dooley) I followed her adivce and contacted Pierre to carry out the remediation. Right from the start, Pierre was professional, polite and responsive. After speaking with him I was confident that he had the knowledge and experience to carry out the work. He provided a quote for the work that was thorough and fair. As is often the case with mold remediation work additional areas of concern where uncovered as the project progressed. Pierre advised and quoted on what additional work was required and more importantly what was not required ! His team carried out the work carefully by first erecting containment barriers, followed by thorough removal of the contaminated sheetrock, wood studs and even my refrigerator. Once the project started they stayed on it ot completion despite a few scope changes that I'm sure resulted in some scheduling challenges for Pierre. Mold in your home stressful enough as it is. Pierre and his team at EnviroBliss gave me a sense of security that the job was done properly. The post remediation inspection that was performed by EnviroHealth consulting met requirements. I would highly reommend Pierre and EnviroBliss!

We are happy to offer our highest recommendation for Envirobliss, Pierre Cajuste, and his team. Our home in Alexandria, VA had water intrusion due to a roof leak. The remediation for the roof leak (performed by another contractor) was inadequate; as a result, microbial growth was present in the areas of the previous leak, and the contamination had spread through the attic and most of the rest of the home. The contamination was extensive. We vacated the home due to its impacts to our health, during which time a burst pipe added a second insurance claim to the mix and more water damage while further spreading the initial contamination. After many calls all over the country to mold specialist and remediators, May Dooley of EnviroHealth recommended Pierre Cajuste, owner of Envirobliss, to handle a medically-important remediation. While Envirobliss is a NY-based company, Pierre and his team deployed their resources to our home near Washington, DC for six weeks. We were impressed with Pierre's expert knowledge of the specifications in the remediation plan, his detailed scope of services and project costs, and his thoughtful guidance throughout the process. Envirobliss was the only company we trusted to disposition our personal belongings (the whole house’s worth) and to clean any items for our later use. His team treated our household goods as if they were their own with a precious level of sensitivity and respect. We coined our journey with our home as one of those urban legends that one simply can’t make up—the twists and turns, the delays, the life events. But through it all, Pierre and I walked a long, hard road together; most anyone else would have walked away at the outset, but he didn’t. He and his team rose to the occasion and showed their professionalism, expertise, and dedication. Trust is truly a force multiplier. We communicated via phone, video teleconference, and email, as we were in another state. We only met once in person at the very beginning. Pierre was on-time, on-budget, and exceeded the remediation specifications. The remediation passed its environmental testing the first time around. The industrial hygienist who performed the post-remediation testing remarked that the remediation was amongst the best she had seen in all her years. Based on their work, we were able to seamlessly enter put-back activities, saving us time and money. For all these reasons, we offer our highest recommendation for Envirobliss.

Pierre and his team at EnviroBliss did a fantastic job remediating the basement of our new house after we discovered large amounts of hidden mold, as well as some interior areas where water damage had occurred previously. Their work was thorough and complete, and they used products and methods which are safe and minimize risk of future regrowth, like negative pressure machines, HEPA vacuums and sealing off unaffected areas with plastic. They also clean up nicely after themselves. Pierre is direct about the work to be done, and is also very polite to speak with (a rarity in the contractor industry). He has a good eye for spotting problem areas, and does not try to oversell work on anything which is not of concern for remediation. I strongly recommend EnviroBliss and Pierre for any similar work you may need done!
