I was contacted by Jean Paul Laurence and given a price quote which was very reasonable. Jean Paul arrived exactly on time and completed their work in a professional and timely manner. I worked with Jean-Paul to book a lead inspection for a home we're looking to buy. Devan Nauth came by to do the inspection. A++ customer service and overall service. The entire process from start-to-finish was fast, efficient, and, above all else, professional. Green Orchard is more expensive than the other quotes I got for this service, but I honestly think you get what you pay for. Devan was highly communicative over multiple mediums (phone, email, text), proactive in calling and contacting me to resolve questions and ambiguities, and 100% respect my request to come a little early to the house. He got there early, let me know what was going on the entire time, explained everything to me, and finished on time. We only had two hours, rather than the 4-6 estimated, so he hustled but got everything done - amazing work, man. Afterward, he worked over the weekend to get me my report on time, even though I told him there was no rush. Absolutely one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had, and best customer service experiences overall I've ever had. This is a serious, professional firm, and every touch point was a pleasure. Thanks Devan! You went above and beyond, which is highly reassuring.
