Edmond did our pre-closing inspection on a new condo in Williamsburg and was excellent. He took his time and was super thorough, and caught extremely detailed issues most inspectors would walk right past, like the builder using drywall screws instead of proper carpenter screws. He showed up right on time even though I had to reschedule three times, no attitude about it. Professional, detail-obsessed, and easy to work with. Highly recommend if you want someone who actually looks closely.

Edmond inspected a pre-war co-op apartment we were looking to buy.
