Kevin was great. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. He was a pleasure to work with.
Tom from RTK was the most educational and helpful person! He helped walked me through the process of what they do and how they do it while also giving me great advice on how to move forward with my mold problem once I get my results. I highly recommend anyone to use RTK environmental!
Kevin was great! He came when he said he would and he listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He has a background in HVAC and so he was able to point out where bathroom fans and vents were not working/were not installed properly during our recent renovation so we can address these issues with our contractor. For example, we were totally unaware that one of our fans had no power due to an outlet not working and another bathroom fan was installed backwards and was therefore blowing outside air into the bathroom, rather than sucking it out. He took samples in all of the places that I am concerned about. Hopefully it all comes back with a clean report. If it doesn't, we know we need to take action. If it does, it was still money well spent because we have peace of mind and he identified things that need to be fixed before they cause bigger problems.
