All HALCO representatives and the service technician were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Unfortunately the system they use for scheduling is awful. We were told we’d be the first ones seen on a Saturday between 8-10 AM. We had plans for the day, and made it clear that we would not be home in the afternoon. The technician didn’t arrive until 12:30 and we were late for the event we’d committed to as a result. Not the technician’s fault! But the scheduling system is woefully inadequate and had to be redesigned.

Halco came quickly, service rep was pleasant & knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Solved the problem and pricing was reasonable.

We had a yearly service visit yesterday. The tech Joe was great as all of the HALCO employees have been since we started using them. He did his job quickly and efficiently and filled us in well in what he did and the state of our system, which is thankfully in good shape! We continue to be impressed with this company. The service was converted by our service contract so there was no charge.

Halco provides very professional service from the people on the phone to the people who service my boiler. They are clear about charges, arrival time & scope of the work. I couldn’t be more pleased with all they do.
