Spoke with Antionette for 30min and she couldn't have been more knowledgeable and friendly. Even though we discovered early on in our conversation that her co. unfortunately doesn't service my area, she graciously donated her time to guided me through everything from system options, equipment selection, pro/cons of each, rebates/taxes, etc. They are a smaller HVAC co. but when it comes to installation/planning/materials expertise, which is what matters in HVAC, you'll be much better off with the smaller, meticulous and knowledgeable company 100% of the time.

They don't service the type of mini-split unit I am having problems with, but they returned my call and gave me a lot of suggestions for what could be going on and what to tell another technician so that I didn't get ripped off. So friendly and thoughtful, I really appreciated that! She didn't have to go out of her way to help me out but she did. If they did service what I needed, I'd 100% feel comfortable calling them and if I ever install a new unit I will definitely see them!
