I had a nonworking attic/loft whole house fan. I turned the loft into an office and the summer was sweltering up there. I called Titan, who serviced my house many times for other things and they made some suggestions that made absolute sense to me. They came out, Installed the fan, but there was an issue with the thermostat. Of course I was frustrated and called them the next day stating that the thermostat would turn on and then immediately the fan would click and stop working. They scheduled a return appointment as soon as possible, brought a better thermostat at no cost and installed that and explain to me in detail. What the issues were. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone who needs HVAC assistance.
