Had an appointment from 12-4. Took a half day off of work so that I was home. Never showed up. Called the office at 4 to find out they canceled my appointment with no real explanation and no reschedule.

Called multiple times to make an appointment to get someone out to my home to look at my furnace. Was told I’d get a call back to be put on the schedule, this went on for 2 weeks, and the lady I spoke with kept saying the same thing. Had them install my furnace so I figured I’d have them back out. Guess my job wasn’t big Enough for them to be bothered.

Heat stopped in the middle of the night. My wife noticed later in the morning so I called A G. Tina answered immediately and was incredibly FANTASTIC. I explained my issue, including my financial issue. Anyhow, she had Brian and his capable apprentice Jake out to my house within hours. Brian would...not. ..QUIT until he resolved my issue. He explained everything and gave me tips on how to deal with my issue. Brian and Jake are true pros. I'm in the trade business myself, and can only hope I'm as professional and vigilant as this group. Thank you guys for keeping my family above freezing 🥶. I highly recommend you ALL. Tina, Brian, Jake are the BEST!
