The technician Jon was perfect. He diagnosed the problem with our fire pit and fixed it. It is great. Both Jon and AJ were very nice and very professional.

They inspected our gas fireplace, which, unfortunately, turned out to have badly maintained by the previous owners and beyond repair. They were meticulous in their inspection, explained things thoroughly, and gave us a huge discount for the inspection when they found out how bad shape it was in. Highly recommend.

Very nice company to work with! We're still going through the quote process (delays on our side, not theirs), but I highly recommend them for their professionalism compared to other masonry companies in the Buffalo region!

We had Jon, our lead tech, come out for an annual fireplace inspection. He was on time and very professional. Jon was very thorough. He made adjustments, added media, cleaned everything and explained all to us. He took pictures at every step. Most importantly, Jon listened to and addressed all of our concerns. Our fireplace now works and looks better than when first installed. We would definitely recommend.
