Chris and another technician came to clean four mini-split AC units and the outdoor condenser. The job took about three hours. They arrived approximately 30 minutes later than scheduled, but both were thorough, professional, and did a great job cleaning the units. They also left the work areas neat and clean. Unfortunately, there was an issue as they were leaving. While backing out of our driveway, their vehicle damaged some flowers and knocked over a garden light in our front yard. I heard some shouting and looked out the window to see them struggling to back out. It took about three attempts, even though our driveway is fairly wide. I was able to put the garden light back in place, but I was disappointed that they left without checking the damage or letting me know what had happened. Overall, I was satisfied with the actual cleaning service, but I wish they had been more careful and taken responsibility for the damage before leaving.
