Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. I booked a mold remediation treatment with him on the recommendation of my realtor, Shari Fox (also a five star businesswoman). When I was in a meeting and missed his call before our appointment, he left me an extremely detailed voicemail and followed up with a text. Then, when I told him I found some more trouble spots he took care of those areas at no extra cost. On the day of the appointment, Mike sent me videos of him doing/explaining the process along with photos. I feel very safe going back into the home now as we continue our renovations.
