I was very disappointed in the ownership. They tried to save me $200 by giving me a water heater that didn't fit where they originally had hoped. Turns out the water heater was badly dented and scratched! I refused to accept it and stated I was not told about damage. The installer guys were great. Not their fault. When they put the old one back, it leaked. Long story short, they ended up putting a new one in at full price. I doubt I'll ever use Leone again. I'm sure they could care less about my future business.

We had an emergency with water heater and they were incredibly responsive. The assistant was so polite and calm and the technicians highly competent and responsive. They really helped us when we were in a pinch.
