I just received my first order from Custom Filters Direct and wanted to share my experience. I started searching for a new company as my current supplier of over 10 years had raised the prices enough for me to seek a better option. This led me to Custom Filters Direct. My initial concern about this company was not having a customer service phone number to speak with a live agent. The only way of communication is via email which is disconcerting especially for a new customer with questions. This is where Shanee with Custom Filters Direct became involved. From my first email with questions regarding their filters and my specific measurements needed(I have an older home and A/C system), to my first purchase Shanee was proactive, professional and personable and her quick responses through email was paramount in my decision to choose this company for future business. Give this company a try. My filters are better quality at a more affordable price. Thank you Shanee for being an awesome representative of your company. They are lucky to have you on their team.

This is a very reputable and reliable seller. I have bought various filters from them many times. There prices are very reasonable, their shipping times are short, and their filters are very high quality! Customer service, if you should need them, are so helpful. Most companies today make you talk to an uncaring & mindless bott. This company has actual people who want to help, know how to help, and actually do help in a timely manner. You can buy with confidence!

The website was simple, quick, and secure. Pricing was very good and I bought 8 filters. Shipment of 2 large packages arrived via UPS in 11 days (7/4 in the middle) with no damage. Construction of filters was at least equal to other commercial units. The dimensions were spot on, and fit my furnace perfectly. These are an excellent value product.
