Multiple Charles technicians kept gas lighting me about the smell I was smelling from the vents. Finally I called another company, they took two seconds to walk around the outside to look at the vents and discovered the intake and exhaust vents were too close together and aimed down in the same direction so that every time the wind blew slightly the exhaust was sucked back in through the intake going back into my house. God forbid anyone from Charles actually walk around the house during the multiple service calls we had and give it a look instead of gaslighting me and then maybe I wouldn't have spent a year breathing in harmful exhaust. We bought a new water heater and furnace but I guess that wasn't enough money for them to take a look at the vent from the outside. truly unbelievable. do not believe the positive paid bot reviews.

I cannot say enough good things about Charles Heating and especially our technician, Pete N.! Our furnace failed to kick on on a chilly weekend, and we discovered it was due to a seized inducer motor that had given us trouble during our annual check last month. When Pete called before coming out, he was fully prepared, professional, and already had the exact Carrier factory warranty replacement part stocked on his truck. He honored our warranty seamlessly, waived the diagnostic fee since they had just been here, and replaced the motor in under a 1/2 hour. The price was incredibly fair, and our house is warm again. If you call them, ask for Pete N.—he is fantastic and deserves every bit of his bonus! Parker provided excellent service today, 11/9/2023! He works neatly and efficiently! He is an excellent technician, very knowledgeable, and professional. He answers questions thoroughly and clearly. Thank you, Parker! You get 5 stars from me! Much thanks to Josh for doing a great job installing my new furnace on 10/3/2019 and for hauling away my old one! I also appreciate Mike M for diagnosing the issues with my old furnace on 10/1/2019 and advising me of the sale price of my new furnace, as well as assisting with scheduling the installation. I'm super satisfied with these services! Thank you!

Charles plumbing sent Jonathan and Javielle to our house to check toilets and faucets throughout our house. And to be sure we did not have a water leak ( which we did not ) they were knowledgeable and polite. We highly recommend them. They make several repairs . We will always use Charles ( we use them for Heating and A/c also. The pricing is fair and the work is excellent !!! Bravo.

When it comes to care to my furnace I always call Charles Heating and Air inc. I received a prompted appointment this year and had the inducer fan replaced to keep my furnace going. A shout out to Rhyes for a job well done and great service!
