My only go-to plumbing company.Best people, best prices they never let me down.
Excellent service, quick on time and efficient.
My recent experience with EW Tompkins was very positive. The company, without complaint, always makes sure the job is done properly… they are a company that takes responsibility when things go awry. That’s an anomaly these days.
The team at E.W. Tompkins is fantastic! Erin in customer service goes above and beyond with scheduling jobs to ensure issues are addressed timely. Avery and Brendan were extremely knowledgeable and fixed my drain problem in no time! I have one more drain to be fixed and have no doubt that the team will be able to address it seamlessly. Highly recommended!
If you want things done right, call E.W. Tompkins. We had a leaky faucet, and so many of my friends said, "Yeah, I know how to fix that!" But they didn't. We have used E.W. Tompkins for many things in the past and figured we just needed them for "big" jobs. However, this leaky faucet turned out to be a big job. The plumber came out and needed to replace the entire faucet system because the person who had remodeled the bathroom in 2015 had "cheaped out" and bought a no-name faucet. That guy also didn't install the shut-off valves properly. On the other hand, the E.W. Tompkins plumber did it right. He had to re-work the shut-off valves and the entire faucet system, using a Delta faucet. I admit that I wouldn't have picked the design he installed, but hey, I'm not all that choosy. It works and WILL work, probably for as long as we own this house. I am grateful.
