Do not use this company at all. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. We used them for over 10 years and also had the service contract with them. They had the audacity to actually tell my fiancee that she was being unreasonable! Like what kind of place actually does that? It should not matter how long we have had our system! It's like a car. You drive it until the wheels fall off. Oh to add a bit more to the back story, we have been having problems with our system for quite some time and we know it's an old system that we are trying to hold up on replacing until it totally goes. Anyway after the last fiasco yesterday our unit was leaking through the ceiling. We call the 24 hours emergency line and they actually ask us if indeed it was an emergency and then state, you do know it's a Sunday. I don't care what day it is, if you don't wanna show up don't offer a 24 hour emergency line or if you're just a tech maybe you should find a new profession. Anyway today was the final straw. We cancelled our service with them and hired one of their competitors! Sorry Nu-Way you did this to yourselves! **Update** 8/20/26 So I fired Nu-Way and hired Bruni and Campisi and let me say what a difference. They came out and serviced our system. What is funny is that they acknowledged that our system is old but doing the job. They recommended some service that could prolong the life of our system. Something Nu-Way never once mentioned in all the time we used them. The technician recommended to have the condenser fins straightened out and cleaned. I thought that cleaning the condenser was part of the maintenance plan I had with Nu-Way but I was way wrong. When Bruni and Campisi arrived today the pictures you see are what my condenser looked like from the inside. It was absolutely disgusting. No wonder we were having problems. Nu-Way never once mentioned this was something I could have done! All they did was take money and make excuses and attempt to sell me a new system. Well guess what? After Bruni and Campisi completed their job today my system never ran better! All I have to say is Nu-Way you SUCK and I will never recommend you. Here are the pictures of what my condenser looked liked after over 10 years of using them. Totally unacceptable!

Johnny and his crew are the best. Very skilled technicians, clean and polite. The office staff is a pleasure to work with. Donny rocks!

We have used new way for over 10 years. We are part of their service plan, which has worked out great for us. All the technicians that have come to our home have been professional. I don’t feel that they have ever overcharged us or tried to get us to buy things that we did not need. They always answer the phone promptly and have helped us numerous times on weekend when there has been emergencies.
