Furnace cleaning was canceled twice on the day it was scheduled. Customer service reps don't seem that friendly and difficult to understand. When I originally booked, they told me $49 and I actually had to tell them that they were wrong, and that it excluded oil. Then they told me $189. I didn't even believe that was going to be the final price, so I'm glad they canceled I guess. Just booked another provider for same day service.
