Reliable and speedy service! This team is very communicative and accommodating. I had a very small thermostat issue that was met with a big response -- they really went above and beyond to service me and my schedule. Very fairly priced as well! Unlike some competitors, this team seems passionate and educated about what they do. They don't act annoyed that you're asking them for help or like they hate their job; they seem engaged and motivated to actively troubleshoot your situation. A very non-transactional, collaborative experience. Highly recommend!

Terry came over and diagnosed the problem with my AC system in no time. Took him less than 30 minutes to figure out the problem and gave me an honest opinion about what my options were. He was even kind enough to wave his diagnostic fee. Will be using his services from now on

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about Ross Heating & Air Conditioning! After a power outage damaged our furnace and left us without air conditioning, he came to our home within 24 hours of my call. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond. He met with the insurance adjuster at our home, took the time to explain the damage, and helped make the entire process much easier and less stressful for me. He ordered our new furnace and had it replaced incredibly quickly, and afterward he even helped us repair an issue with our hot water tank. The level of service, communication, professionalism, and care we received was absolutely outstanding. He was reliable, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting everything taken care of for my family. This was truly some of the best customer service i have ever experienced. I would recommend Ross Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone without hesitation. We are so thankful for everything he did for us! 10/10 — absolutely amazing service!

Amazing. Answered the phone when I called. Showed up exactly when he said he would: completed the job on the spot and for a great price given the zero notice emergency call. But most of all, just a great human providing a great service.

They were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process.
