Employees can be helpful if needed. Prices were better than tractor supply for mums. Large Halloween selection during the season.

Visited the East Syracuse, NY store and there was such a disconnect with customer service. Asked Craig for assistance and he just pointed to an isle, not “sure, let me show you where that is” or “sir, that would be in aisle ?, would you like me to show up”. He appeared he didn’t want to be bothered. However, Tay had exceptional customer service and understood what personal customer experience was about. My family appreciates you Tay!!
