I must say 365 Kool came to my rescue today. I was able to get an appointment the same day and Gil my service person was clear in explaining everything to me. He was able to get my system working as it should, and I felt confident with the work that was done. I would highly recommend 365 Kool.

I have nothing but ABSOLUTE PRAISE for Gil and the 365 Kool Team! After enduring years of substandard AC cooling from our fairly recent (2021 installation), it was Gil and his Team who determined that the original installer had literally installed the system BACKWARDS!!! Gil's people corrected that problem and we got nice, cool AC. But there was another problem. Two of the units lost their cooling even though we were barely in those rooms. Once again, Gil to the rescue!!! I called him while wrapping up a PT appointment, and he said he'd be at my house in 25 minutes. He actually beat me to my home!!! After spending a few minutes speaking with the manufacturer of the units trying to find a suspected leak in the system, Gil rejected their suggestion he do an air pressure test with dye, and instead used the latest tech to find the leaks in minutes. This is the sort of expertise and service you can expect from 365 Kool. I couldn't recommend them more highly!!!
