***Update*** This company installed a brand new unit that ended up being faulty and didn’t respond when I called on the warranty during dangerous heat with a baby at home. Absolutely disappointing. This was previously a 5 star review because they appeared to do good work and I wanted to help support a smaller local team but it ended up costing me an extra $2,000 just to keep my family safe after they failed to do their job or correct their mistakes.

I’m sorry that I chose this company and I’m going to pay for it! I don’t generally leave reviews unless I’m pleasantly surprised but this isn’t fair and you should be warned. This company came to my home last year and replaced my entire ac unit. Within two days it was not working and had froze over in my Basement. I reached out to their team and it was fixed. This was discouraging but I was happy to have the AC. This year around march I start trying the air conditioner on those random hot days. I noticed the air wasn’t working and reached out to the company. I was totally ignored. I called and left voicemails I was ignored. By June I decided to try emailing their company because of them not responding. I finally got a response saying they didn’t have any calls or voicemails from me. Although that’s was a blatant lie, I was fine with emailing. After getting the run around the lovely team finally made it to my home June 30th I’m not sure what they did for hours in my basement, but then they left grabbed lunch and sat in my drive way eating for about forty minutes. When I came out and asked what was going on they looked shocked to see me and said they may not be able to order a part because the store was probably closed. At this point it was 430 on a Friday and it was probably closed but not at 10am when they initially arrived. I was told I’d be serviced mo day july 3 right before the holiday. Well to no surprised Monday I got an email saying I’d be serviced and today is Thursday. We still don’t have air conditioning. At this point I may just have to pay for a new furnace and ac unit thanks to this company

Todd and his crew installed a new furnace/AC when we moved into our house 5 years. Had some issues with the heat this week and he was at my house within 2 hours. Great service and commitment to his customers. Definitely recommend

Todd and his crew were wonderful!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of HVAC repair. They came right away and completed the job with total professionalism. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. They definitely get a 5 Star rating from me!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and honest HVAC company!!!

Exceptionally responsive! Service you can count on - fixes what needs to be fixed promptly and $ good value. Doesn’t try and upsell what you don’t need. Great work, and you can be sure your not being ripped off. Just a nice guy, doing good work and dependable! A million thanks Todd!
