I've been having problems with my mini splits for a few years. I've had a few companies come out to try and help. Everyone agreed it was a leak. One company (the "5 diamond preferred" company recommended by Fujitsu) was a scam artist or worse. The other company that I got through a recommendation were nice guys, but they just couldn't slow down, focus, and track down the leak. They always ended up just topping up the coolant and saying they find the leak next time. I'm so thrilled that I found Jay and his technician Enrique. They were extremely professional and respectful of my home, but most importantly Enrique just took his time and patiently went through the process step by step until he found the problem. Because of going so long without finding it, I was really worried that the leak would be very difficult (and expensive) to find and fix, but i got really lucky and it wasn't. I'm so thrilled that I don't have to worry about my air conditioning this summer!! These guys have a new loyal customer.
