Sales and service are lacking in knowledge and supervision. Called them one day to set up an account and schedule a service. They took down my information and I was told they would call me back. Never got the call back. I called back the next day only for them to tell me the deal I was offered the day prior shouldn't have been offered to me and they would not be able to provide me with service. Big waste of time talking with them. Their office to too big they couldn't even figure out who I was talking to the day before.

Petro is the way to go if you are unhappy with your current oil provider. The techs explain everything and are so polite and knowlegable.

Do not use this service! Each time I scheduled a tune up they don’t show up! We take days off to be here and they are no shows! Joke of a company!
