Fred F. Collis and Sons are one of the superior heating companies in CNY! I have used them both at my home and my business. Their employees are always very kind, attentive and complete in telling you what they did and found when servicing the furnaces and air conditioning. The owners are great people.

I called this plumbing company and a technician named Jerry came into my home at 3:30 pm to potentially fix something leaking from my bathtub that has been causing water droplets to seep through the drywall in the kitchen ceiling and getting my tile floor wet. When he entered my house, I asked him how his day was and he said that he should have never come into work. Red flag number one..After explaining the problem, he took pictures of the ceiling and felt for the soft spots, then went upstairs and ran water from bath tub spout for about a half of a minute. Following this, he explained to me that he had to reschedule the appointment and come at another time. Their company secretary then calls me and says she can't get me in for over a week! No thank you! When you inconvenience someone, you have to come up with something better than that! I called my buddy who owns his own home improvement business, and he is coming this Friday! This company did me a blessing. My buddy is a drywall expert as well!

Bo from Fred Collis, and sons did the insulation work in my baseball, and did an awesome job, and him, and his team were very polite in the whole process.
