  Mike was my tech and he was fantastic. He arrived promptly. He was very professional and understanding. He assessed the situation and explained options. He stepped out to make some calls to make sure the work he needed to do was covered then came back within 5 minutes to do the job. The whole job took between 5-10 minutes tops. He was the epitome of professionalism and I was very pleased after having terrible experiences with the previous 2 companies that sent a tech out to assess the job I needed done. Kudos to Mike!
