Don't waste your time and money with these guys. I had them install a large $120,000+ Cooper Hunter mini-split system in a new apartment property and they are now no longer willing to stand behind and service the system they installed. There's been countless installation issues that have arisen since. Poor cooling/heating performance. Water continually dripping down the front of the units. Condenser units that weren't installed correct or even tested prior to completing the job. I called to schedule service and they stated without reason they no longer service my address. Hard pass.

CA group has been phenomenal for all of our HVAC systems at St. Ambrose church and Catholic Central school Latham campus. Great communication, options presented professionally and always on time for when they say they’re going to be here. We have over 8 systems: two residential and six commercial systems (inside and on the roof) which CA group is able to maintain, diagnose and keep running efficiently to help lower our operational costs as well. They did the original install of most of our HVAC units after a flood wiped out our boilers and split chiller unit about two years ago. Coordinated with another company for our new Web-Ctrl system to get everything switched over and running smoothly. If there’s ever an issue we just call their service dept and they handle everything. We would highly recommend CA group to anyone that is looking for an HVAC company that knows what is needed for your space and commercial buildings and isn’t trying to upsell, half fix or push out on the schedule to repair. From replacement to service, keeping older units going to fit your current budget CA Group has been the best we have had in a long time. I am sure your experience will be the same.
