Best service & care. My mom's furnace stopped working I clld the company next day came over figured out the problem getting part. Tate the owner is a class act, Tommy who came to fix the furnace knows his stuff! Couldn't be nicer! I give them a 10!!!!! They care it's very refreshing, seriously

I called with an issue with my furnace. Tate came out the same day that I called and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. We had a great experience with this company for our whole home ductless mini split HVAC system. The other 3 offers we got were much more expensive, 3 day install, and offered less flexibility in the system’s configuration. They installed the system in only 2 days and handled every curveball with a strong commitment to professionalism and customer service.

Max Home Performance went above and beyond. They diagnosed and resolved an airflow issue that was preventing air from reaching our basement, upgraded and properly rewired two thermostats, and relocated an HVAC return so we could install custom cabinetry. They even coordinated with a carpenter to replace insulation and repair the wall where the old return vent had been. Knowing I was pregnant, the team rearranged their schedules to meet my tight timeline. They were patient and professional, explained everything clearly, checked our outdoor AC unit, shared simple maintenance tips, and left the work area clean. One thoughtful touch that stood out was their practice of donating working thermostats to lower-income households instead of discarding them—something I wouldn't have thought to do. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, I will absolutely call them again for future HVAC work.
