Updated. Nick is no longer employed here Serivce left my tenant w no heat for 3 weeks (and we had a service contract!) One tech threw cig butts all over my property and they DEFENDED HIM. *** Nick is a superstar and cares about the customers. Rotterdam Heating & Air Conditioning has completed a hot water heater install in 1.2020 and a furnace install in 2.2021. I am very happy with them and have become a repeat customer. Update. One employee liked to throw cigarette butts around my property. Really childish behavior. Second Update - this employee has been fired, I found this out by calling for a hot water heater replacement they were at my door within 1 hour!

I had my boiler cleaned today. What a difference! I just turned the heat on and it is SO quiet. Unfortunately I did not get the young man's name, but he was polite, kept me informed as to what he was doing. Great job!

The blower motor would not start, after a slow spin it would turn off. Tech diagnosed that the blower motor was bad and needed replacement. Quoted a price of $1298 for the motor plus labor, also suggested replacing the entire unit, it's only 10 years old. I checked online and found an OEM blower motor, new, for $543, next day shipping included. The install took 30 minutes. This company wanted to almost triple the cost of the part and to charge $300-$400 labor. My opinion is to stay far away from this company.

Needed air conditioning repair. The technician found the problem, replaced the part and took the time to explain to me how to avoid future breakdowns. The price was very reasonable.
