Mike the technician arrived promptly he has helped us before with the A/C servicing. This time he diagnosed our boiler issue. Explained the problem and fixed it. He is always professional and competent. To see a familiar face is reassuring. The office staff was courteous and timely in their assistance. As usual we are completely pleased with the service and the results.

Carmine and his crew are awesome! They are very professional, courteous and take pride in everything they do. We had an issue with our central air conditioner which required a part that needed to be ordered. the order did not ship in a timely manner, so Carmine tracked the part locally, drove to pick it up and installed it on a Friday night at 6:30 with five of his crew. Carmine then made sure that his crew inspected the entire system and fixed an additional issue. I highly recommend GallettAir for your heating and air conditioning needs.

We have used GalletAir services for about a year. We have a service contract with them. Very reasonably priced and very professional service technicians. We just had our AC & furnace replaced and they did a great job! They were on time, neat, and thorough. Very patient to make sure all our questions were answered. Highly recommend.

GallettAir's work is absolutely phenomenal! I live in a split ranch and had a central air system installed. From the initial assessment by the owner, Carmine, all the way through the installation and follow-up, their service was second to none. Carmine was thorough, thoughtful and honest. John, Rich, Mike and the entire crew were an absolute pleasure to have in my home. They worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done perfectly and that we were completely happy. I have worked with contractors for over 20 years and have never met a team as wonderful or trustworthy as this one. If you're looking for HVAC experts, there is simply no other choice. GallettAir is hands down the best!
