I had a great experience working with Brian at Taylor Group Plumbing. We were dealing with a stressful gas leak situation that left our home without gas for an extended period, and Brian was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the issues, answer my questions, and provide straightforward, honest guidance. I especially appreciated his transparency and willingness to help me understand what was happening rather than simply rushing through the job. It's refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Brian and Taylor Group Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

So far the experience with Taylor group has been great costly but in the long run I’ve actually saved because the other fly by night companies would have to keep coming back to fix a problem they caused. Switching to your company was one of my best decisions. I’ve been in construction for years and you can always tell a good contractor by the way his/her truck looks (tools and equipment are always in place, Randy, Norris, and the rest of the crew are great too work with and Denice great customer service, keep up the good work 👍🏾
