Excellent communication and extremely knowledgeable - highly recommended! Alex took the time to understand our complex situation, listen to our concerns, and walk us through our testing options. Alex was great! He listened to my concerns and offered his honest and professional opinion. He was very communicative throughout the entire process, from the consultation to the actual procedure. Anything I did not understand or what was too complex, he explained thoroughly. He was very punctual and got straight to the job. Once he arrived at my place he did everything he said he would, plus more! Results came in very quickly (48 hours). I would recommend Kaltech Environmental Services over and over!
